American Society for Aesthetics Graduate E-journal

Call for Papers: American Society for Aesthetics Graduate E-journal
Spring / Summer 2011 Issue: Deadline March 1 for articles, April 1 for book reviews and dissertation abstracts

The American Society for Aesthetics Graduate E-journal (ASAGE) is now accepting high caliber articles by graduate students in aesthetics and the philosophy of art for its sixth issue (Spring/Summer 2011) issue. Submissions should not normally exceed 3000 words, although historical papers may be up to 5000 words. Authors are encouraged to provide links to authorized online images of art works and audio or video files referred to in the paper whenever possible.

The submission deadline is March 1, 2011, for articles. For book reviews of recently published works in aesthetics and recently defended dissertation abstracts the deadline is April 1, 2011. More information, including complete submission guidelines, is available on our website at www.asage.org.

We are also continuously on the lookout for graduate peer reviewers for our submitted articles. Any student interested in becoming a blind reader for ASAGE can find more information on how to apply at www.asage.org.

ASAGE articles are edited by Aili Bresnahan (Temple University) and book reviews and dissertation abstracts are edited by Zach Jurgensen (University of Oklahoma) with advisory assistance from Philip Alperson, Carolyn Korsmeyer, Stephanie Ross, and Dabney Townsend.
