The program committee invites papers for the twelfth annual meeting of the North American Wittgenstein Society. The meeting will take place along with the Pacific Division meeting of the American Philosophical Association, to be held April 20–23, 2011 at the Hilton Bayfront in San Diego, CA.
The program committee is interested in papers which discuss Wittgenstein's connection with ordinary language philosophy and in papers which discuss philosophical problems illuminated by Wittgenstein's later work. Papers whose primary topic is the exegesis of the work of those inspired by Wittgenstein are discouraged.
Papers should be prepared for blind review. The author's name and institution should appear on a separate cover page and not in the paper itself. Submissions (along with a cover page and a brief abstract) should be sent as .pdf or .doc attachments to an email with the subject line "NAWS 2011". Submissions longer than 3,000 words will not be considered. Please include a word count with your abstract.
Deadline: September 15, 2010
