DEADLINE FOR SUBMISSIONS: August 1, 2010 (revised)

The 62nd annual Northwest Philosophy Conference is sponsored by the Philosophy Department at Willamette University. Papers in any area are welcome.

The conference theme will be "The Self". Papers that address philosophical issues related to this subject are especially requested, from specialists in Western and Eastern philosophy alike, as well as from empirical researchers whose work might be relevant.

Papers should be approximately 3,000 words (20-25 minutes reading time), and can be submitted through August 1, 2010. Papers in PDF format and prepared for blind review should be sent as email attachments to Anthony Coleman colemana@willamette.edu. In the body of the email, please include an abstract of 150 words or less.

Individuals will be notified of decisions regarding submissions in July (update: sometime after August).
