Princeton/Rutgers 2nd Call

This is the second call for papers for the Princeton-Rutgers Graduate Philosophy Conference. Please forward this message to your Graduate students.

The Annual Princeton-Rutgers Graduate Philosophy Conference
Date: March 28th - 29th, 2009

Submission Deadline: January 15th, 2009

Keynote Speakers: Jeff King (Rutgers), TBA (Princeton)

We welcome papers on any topic of research in mainstream academic philosophy. Papers accessible to a general philosophical audience will be favored.

Submission Guidelines:

Papers should be submitted by email to All files should be in .doc, .pdf, or .rtf format, and should include the following two items as separate attachments:

1. A cover page that contains the following information:

i. Author's name

ii. Title of Paper

iii. Institutional affiliation

iv. Contact information (email, phone number, mailing address)

v. Word count

vi. The area of the paper (e.g. metaphysics, epistemology, ethics, etc.)

2. A paper of no more than 4,000 words preceded by an abstract of no more than 150 words. Papers should be submitted in blind review format. Please omit any self-identifying information within the abstract and body of the paper.

Notification of acceptance will be sent no later than February 9th, 2009.
